This service enables the beneficiary to request emptying to transfer land ownership in the projects of the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, both the mortgage conveyance and the completion of the building.

Service Level Agreement
  1.  Log in to the Sakani platform through the app or website. 
  2. Choose booking you want to conveyance. 
  3. Branch will be assigned automatically. 
  1. The service is provided through the Sakani website and application.
  2. Service available 24/7.
  3. The application can be resubmitted if it is rejected.
  1. The applicant for the property transfer service must have an active reservation registered in their personal account on the Sakani platform.
  2. The applicant must meet the requirements.
